Last Done Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 7, 2026
Last Done stores maintenance information on your device. It does not require an account, send app data to a server, or include analytics or advertising SDKs.
Information you provide
The app stores task names, categories, recurrence settings, usage readings, notes, reminder preferences, completion history, and appearance preferences. This information is used only to provide the app's maintenance-tracking features.
Storage and processing
All app data is processed locally and stored in the app's private storage on your Android device. Last Done does not include network access, cloud synchronization, accounts, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or third-party data SDKs. Android backup is disabled for this app.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, Last Done asks for notification permission on Android versions that require it. The app uses local Android alarms and notifications to remind you when maintenance is due. Notification content can include a task name and is processed only by your device and Android system services. You can disable reminders per task or revoke notification permission in Android settings.
Sharing, exports, and external links
The app does not currently export or share maintenance data and does not open external links from within the app.
Retention and deletion
Task data remains until you delete a task, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Deleting a task also deletes its completion history. Uninstalling the app removes its private data under normal Android behavior. Copies created outside the app by device-management or forensic tools are controlled by those tools, not Last Done.
Children's privacy
Last Done is a general-purpose maintenance utility. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children or transmit any user information off the device.
Policy changes
If app behavior changes in a way that affects privacy, this policy and its effective date will be updated with the release.
